A Russian-iPhone fan site reports that the cameras used by the iPhone works better under the new OS 3.0 beta. They took a picture of a cat while moving their equipment, of course, image quality is not the best, but as you can guess, the picture looks better in comparison with 3.0 under 2.2.1.
